Steigman Communications is a marketing communications and strategy firm founded by Daria Steigman. For over 20 years we’ve been developing business solutions to help companies, nonprofits, and international organizations communicate more effectively with customers, employees, policymakers, and other key stakeholders.

Daria SteigmanAbout Daria Steigman

Daria Steigman brings to the table both business savvy and communications expertise. Since founding her company, she has developed numerous communications strategies that have been very effective in reaching their target audiences. Her ability to help organizations position themselves with multiple stakeholders and to translate ideas into action have garnered her praise from both private and public-sector clients.

Daria is a past president of the Washington Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. She has been recognized by her peers for her leadership, and was invited to participate in the 2006 IABC Research Foundation Think Tank. In addition, IABC/Washington was the recipient of a Chapter Management Award of Excellence in Leadership Development for activities carried out during her tenure, as well as Awards of Merit in Professional Development, Membership Marketing, and Community and Educational Outreach.

An honors graduate of the University of Chicago, Daria holds graduate degrees from Cornell and Georgetown Universities. In her spare time, she loves to hike, bike, and run half-marathons.
