I love crayons.

I still have my big box of 64 Crayola colors. It was a way to be fun and creative before there was a digital palette of choices, HTML hex codes, and mood charts.

I’ve talked before about how crayons represent fun and creativity–two things every business ought to have. I plan on keeping these front and center in 2015.

My final 2014 “to do” item.

10 TrendsTo See, Watch, & Act On

One of my last business activities this year will be to finalize the deck for a new presentation on marketing trends to see, watch, and act on in 2015. I’ll be talking about them at an IABC/Washington breakfast meeting on January 8 to kick off the new year. Will you join me there?

It’s time to refresh.

Happy Holidays 2014

On a Twitter chat recently, there was a question about creativity and inspiration. Where do you find it?

This will be my last post of 2014. I’m off to seek inspiration. You’ll find me at an art museum, curled up with a book, taking in a sporting event, and/or hanging out with family and friends.

Happy holidays! I’ll see you back here in the new year.
