The Digital Brand Review is designed to give you critical feedback about how your brand is presented online and how effectively your online presence syncs with your business goals and targets your key audiences. This brand audit will also look at how others perceive your business, your products and services, and your brand.

You will be able to use this research to understand what is working and what needs to be deleted, refined, and/or added to enable you to more effectively engage with your customers and your prospects.

The digital brand report will provide you with:

–A written assessment of your Web site, your social media channels, and how, where, and how effectively you are engaging with customers and prospects online.

–A written assessment of how your customers and prospects are talking about you online and the tenor of the online conversations.

–Recommendations to refine your online presence and better align your digital activities with your core goals.

This is a one-month project. At the beginning of the project, we will sit down with you to talk about your unique selling proposition, your core messages, your business goals, and the key channels through which you have been reaching out to customers and prospects. The information from this meeting will be used to help us focus the research. We will meet with you again approximately four weeks later to present our research findings and recommendations.

The price for our Digital Brand Review is $7,500. This is a one-month project requiring two payments of $3,750 (one upfront, one upon delivery of the final report).
